Bodo Dittscheidis the founder of SOTERUS. Before founding SOTERUS, he held positions with prestigious property companies including PATRIZIA IMMOBILIEN AG, FALK-MEYER-RIEDT Group, WESER Wohnstätten GmbH and SALVATOR Group. At this time he also performed acquisitions of a variety of residential and commercial properties totalling approx. 195,000 sqm of habitable space. Previously, Bodo Dittscheid was a partner and board member of several companies, in positions including Managing Partner of DG Grundbesitz GmbH, a property company specialising in socially acceptable housing privatisation.
Jutta Dittscheid provides marketing and PR services for SOTERUS. After completing commercial training, she joined her parents' property company. From 1982 onwards, Ms Dittscheid was editorial assistant at the main German TV station ARD, primarily in the field of marketing and PR.
